Music on Hold
Companies with high volumes of callers face a variety of challenges, particularly when it comes to easing the frustration of the clients that must wait on hold. Approximately 80% of business callers are placed on hold, and it has been proven time and time again that those companies that use on hold music equipment or on hold music systems will keep callers interested and on the line longer than those that use nothing but silence. Statistical studies have shown that over half of clients greeted with silence while they wait for help will hang up, and of these frustrated callers, 30% will never call back, even if the company is the only one offering the services and products they desperately need.
